Denise founded Impactfully after years of working with leaders and organisations across sectors and international contexts.
Throughout her career, she observed a recurring pattern: leadership programs generated insight and engagement, yet behavioural change rarely lasted once pressure returned.
Denise has worked internationally with leaders, HR professionals and teams in complex, fast-paced environments, supporting them in translating insight into clear behavioural choices and sustained performance.
She combines deep understanding of leadership dynamics with a strong commercial and organisational perspective, ensuring development is both human and effective.
Impactfully reflects her belief that leadership development only works when behaviour changes in daily practice. Impactfully was created to address this gap directly.
